We’re still working hard to manage, lease, sell and help clients buy properties, but in a modified way, and completely compliant with government advice.
- We’re using the latest technology to bring together opportunities, whilst keeping our distance! Online auction platforms, virtual property tours, video meetings, digital contracts and virtual property appraisals are all part of Brad Teal Real Estate’s leading edge toolkit.
- We love an old-fashioned chat. Whether from our work office or home office, our agents can give you a pulse check of the market, as they are talking with qualified buyers and prospective sellers every day. Zoom video conferencing is our new best friend but we’re also handy with the phone!
- Our offices will remain open for business from Monday to Friday, and the Essendon office will be open until midday on Saturdays. However, as of Thursday 26 March entry into our offices will be by appointment only.
- Of course, we’re continuing to apply social distancing parameters and strict adherence to hygiene standards. Read our policy here.
Effective immediately we will transition our currently scheduled auctions to alternative sale formats in consultation with our clients, and physical property inspections will be by appointment only.
