The specifics

Reporting to a leading and well established Sales Director, you will be an integral part of our local team, with a unique opportunity to learn on the job:

  • Setting up and supporting sales campaigns
  • Input and maintenance of a client database
  • Liaising with prospective and existing clients and suppliers
  • Conducting mid-week and weekend open for inspections and private appointments
  • Assisting at auctions

What we’re looking for

  • A passion for developing and managing relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and process-oriented
  • Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn new programs
  • A client-first approach with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Currently hold an Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agents Licence, or working towards attainment (we can support you in this process!)

The specifics

The role covers administration activities and coordination duties pertaining to the life cycle of property sales.  This includes:

  • Working with our client relationship management platform to create and manage client files
  • Preparing sales collateral
  • Sales campaign set up and support
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Processing and uploading documents
  • Being the gatekeeper to our regulatory compliance

What we’re looking for

The successful applicant will:

  • Have had previous experience in a service-based administration role
  • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Be proficient with technology and a quick systems learner
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be team oriented with the confidence to co-ordinate people and processes

Bonus points (but not essential) if you:

  • Are working towards or hold a current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Have an understanding of sales trust accounting support processes
